Free Coach Travel Terms & Conditions 

1. Organisers

This competition is run by The Bushcraft Company and Active Learning Centres, both part of Active Learning Group.

2. Competition Overview

Schools that book a 2026 school trip with either The Bushcraft Company or Active Learning Centres between 8th September and 30th November 2025 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win free return coach travel for their trip.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK schools only.
• The booking must be made and confirmed between 00:00 on 8th September 2025 and 23:59 on 30th November 2025.
• The trip must be scheduled to take place during the 2026 calendar year.
• Open to both new and existing customers.
• Only one entry per school per booking.

4. Prize Details

• Free return coach travel to and from your chosen Bushcraft Company or Active Learning Centres location.
• The prize covers standard coach travel from a UK mainland school address.
• Travel provider and arrangements will be selected by The Bushcraft Company/Active Learning Centres.
• No cash alternative is available.

5. Winner Selection

• One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries across The Bushcraft Company and Active Learning Centres.
• The draw will take place on 1st December 2025.
• The winning school will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 working days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. General Terms

• The organisers reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition without prior notice.
• The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
• By entering, the school agrees to take part in reasonable promotional activity if selected as the winner (e.g. case study or social media post).
• All bookings remain subject to The Bushcraft Company or Active Learning Centres’ standard Terms and Conditions of Booking.
• Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
