How We Are Supporting You
1. Honouring Payments Made to Kingswood:
- If your school has already paid Kingswood, we will honour the amount you’ve paid and will only charge you the remaining balance.
- To process this, your school must provide proof that:
- You have requested a refund from Kingswood.
- You have filed an insurance claim for the amount paid to Kingswood.
- If your insurance claim is unsuccessful, we will waive the unpaid balance owed to Kingswood.
- If your claim is successful, the refunded amount will be due to The Bushcraft Company or Active Learning Centres.
2. Price Match Guarantee:
- We will match the price of your original Kingswood booking to ensure continuity and fairness for your school.
3. Flexible Payment Plans:
