At The Active Learning Centres, our inclusive residential school trips provide young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities the chance to step outside their everyday environment and enjoy meaningful outdoor learning. Our programmes are designed to support a wide range of SEND needs, helping students grow in confidence while having an unforgettable adventure with their peers.

A safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
Our experienced Camp Leaders create a warm, welcoming, and highly supportive setting for every child. With specialist experience in working with SEND students, our team ensures each young person feels included, understood, and able to fully participate in all activities.
We support students in several practical ways, including; the use of “now and next” cards that provide daily clarity about the residential and guide children through the programme, plus we also offer dyslexia

Flexible 1-5 day outdoor learning programmes
Schools can choose from 1 to 5 day outdoor residentials, designed to support the needs of the group, each packed with hands‑on learning, structured challenges, and opportunities for personal development. From bushcraft skills to teamwork activities, every moment is designed to help students build essential life skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
