DofE Trip Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. Organiser

This competition is run by Active Learning Centres, part of Active Learning Group.

2. Competition Overview

• Entrants that complete our competition form here will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a free Duke of Edinburgh trip.

3. Eligibility

• This competition is open to UK schools only.
• Entries must be submitted between 00:00 on 27th May 2026 and 23:59 on 10th July 2026.
• This competition is open to new customers only.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entrants must be aged between 16 and 24 years old.

4. Prize Details

• The prize is a 5-day Duke of Edinburgh Gold trip.
• The trip must be pre-booked.
• Trip dates and centres are subject to availability and are only available on selected dates in August and October 2026.
• Travel is not included and must be arranged by the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

5. Winner Selection

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place during w/c 13th July 2026.
• The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 7 working days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
• By entering, you give permission for us to announce the winning school and tag your school on our social media channels.

6. General Terms

• Active Learning Centres reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
• The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
• All bookings remain subject to Active Learning Centres’ standard Terms and Conditions of Booking.
• Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
