Landpod Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. Organiser

The competition is organised by Cuffley Active Learning Centre, part of Active Learning Group.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK-based schools and teachers.
• Entries must be submitted by a teacher or school representative on behalf of students.

3. How to Enter

• Landpod name suggestions must be submitted via here.
• Each entry should include:
  • The eight proposed Landpod names
  • The name of the school and the teacher submitting the form
  • Contact details including a phone number and email address
• The deadline for entries is Friday 30th November 2025, 11:59 PM.

4. Judging and Winners

• The winning entry will be selected based on creativity, relevance, and originality.
• The winning names will be assigned to each of the new Landpods.
• Winners will be notified via email by w/c 8th December 2025.

5. Prizes

• The winning entry will receive a free 1-night stay at Cuffley Active Learning Centre, Cuffley, Potters Bar EN6 4PR, in the Landpod Village for up to 40 students and 4 teachers.
• The stay must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
• Travel to and from the centre is not included.
• The stay must be redeemed by 31st August 2026.

6. General Terms

• Entries must be original and not infringe on third-party rights.
• Cuffley Active Learning Centre reserves the right to modify or change Landpod names for operational or branding reasons.
• By entering, entrants give permission for their Landpod names and school name to be used in promotional materials (e.g. website, social media).
• No cash alternatives will be offered for the prize.

7. Data Protection

• Contact details provided will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
